Silver & Deming 4pc Drill Bit Set – Trident Tipped

4-piece Trident Tipped Silver & Deming drill bit set combines large-diameter HSS construction with specialized cutting-point geometry for steel drilling, metal fabrication, and repair work.

The Trident tip geometry reduces heat generation and cutting-edge wear to extend tool life. It also allows existing holes to be enlarged without damaging the split point. The self-centering split point helps establish an accurate starting position and reduce walking.

Each drill features a 1/2″ reduced shank with three flats for secure chuck grip. Gold-treated body and clearance surfaces improve lubricity. The drills are heat treated at 2185°F, followed by a nitrocarburizing finish at 950°F.
