We know the right drill bit or cutter often can’t wait. Our team processes orders promptly and offers standard and expedited shipping options to help you get back to work.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Some orders ship sooner. If an item is backordered or needs additional time, we’ll contact you with an update.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $15.51 per order. Orders typically ship by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The carrier and delivery time depend on the order and destination; delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
If USPS does not deliver to your shipping address, please note that at checkout or call us so we can arrange an appropriate carrier.
Expedited Shipping
UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air may be available for an additional charge. Please call 800-350-8665 to confirm item availability, cost, and the earliest possible ship date before placing a time-sensitive order.
International Shipping
We ship cutting tools to customers outside the United States and Canada. For an international quote, email your item list and delivery address to sales@drillbitwarehouse.com, or call 800-350-8665. We’ll confirm availability, shipping cost, and an estimated lead time.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll check its status. If a shipment appears lost, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve it.
Local Pickup and Delivery
DrillBitWarehouse is a warehouse, not a retail storefront. Local pickup or delivery may be available by arrangement. Please call before visiting so we can confirm your order is ready.

Refund and Return Policy
We want you to have the right tool for the job. If you need to return an item, contact us first so we can help and issue a return authorization number.
Returns Within 45 Days
You may request a return within 45 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Before sending anything back, call 800-350-8665 ext. 100 or email sales@drillbitwarehouse.com. Please have your order number or other proof of purchase ready. We’ll provide a return authorization number and return instructions so we can identify your package and process your refund.
Used Tools and Application Questions
Drill bits and cutters can show wear after use. If a tool has been used and you believe there is a problem with it, contact us before returning it. Tell us what material you were cutting and how the tool was used so we can review the issue and see how we can help.
A tool used outside its intended application may not qualify for a full refund.

Tool Safety
Cutting tools should be used with suitable equipment, secure workholding, appropriate protective equipment, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Drill bits and cutters can break or cause injury if used improperly or beyond their intended application. If you are unsure whether a tool is suitable for your material or equipment, contact us before use.
