The 3/16″ ACRYLI-DRILL® Plastic-Cutting Drill Bit is engineered specifically for drilling acrylics, plastics, laminates, and composite materials where clean hole quality is essential.

Unlike conventional twist drills that can aggressively grab and chip brittle plastics, ACRYLI-DRILL® Bits feature our exclusive Super CHIPFREE™ Point, precision-ground to a 60° point angle for gradual penetration. This specialized geometry helps minimize cracking and edge chipping while producing cleaner, more accurate holes.

A specially engineered 0° rake cutting edge reduces the tendency of the drill to “grab” as it breaks through acrylic, plastics, and laminate surfaces, providing greater control and improved hole quality.
