Super Sonic Cobalt M42 Jobber Drill Bits are built for tough drilling jobs. Made in the USA from high-speed steel with 8% cobalt, these bits meet strict NAS 907J aerospace standards. They’re ideal for professionals working with stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other hard or abrasive materials.
Each bit features a 135-degree split point that starts on contact. This reduces walking and keeps the hole clean and precise. The fully ground flutes remove chips quickly to avoid clogging. In addition, the true round shank (with no flats) helps prevent breakage. Instead of snapping under heavy torque, the bit can slip slightly in the chuck. That added flexibility is especially useful in hand-held drills or high-speed setups.
